When is an accident investigation mandatory?<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

According to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, you are obliged to carry out an accident investigation in case of serious occupational accidents. These are accidents involving fatalities, permanent injuries or hospitalisation. These accidents must be reported immediately to the Netherlands Labour Inspectorate.
